The Aim

Scuba-diving is a unique, interdisciplinary, extra/co-curricular tool that makes subjects like biology, physics, history, and geography come alive. Children learn through real-world experiences while gaining a deeper understanding of marine conservation.

Program Structure and Highlights

Our carefully structured scuba program caters to different age groups and learning levels, ensuring every participant has a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience.

Key elements include:

  • Pre-Dive Education: Students participate in interactive, online & classroom-based sessions to learn the basics of scuba techniques, marine ecosystems, and conservation.

  • Supervised Underwater Experiences: Led by certified instructors, students gain hands-on exposure to underwater exploration. With small group sizes ensure personalised attention for every child.

  • Marine Conservation Activities: Children gain insight into the importance of protecting our oceans through guided discussions, clean-up dives, beach walks and conservation projects.

Try Scuba Events

  • Try Scuba’s are perfect for students to begin to understand the underwater world. These sessions can take place in an afternoon and give students a taster of scuba diving. With a very brief introduction to the physics of diving and then time breathing underwater. Students are guaranteed to fall in love with scuba diving.

  • These sessions can be conducted as an afternoon activity. Normally taking around 2 hours.

Open Water Courses

  • Children become certified diver’s and unlock a world of underwater adventures with our full Open Water Course!

    This globally recognised certification lasts a lifetime, allowing them to explore stunning dive sites across the globe down to a depth of 18 meters. Our program combines 6 engaging academic and confined water sessions with 4 unforgettable Open Water dives in the breathtaking ocean surroundings of Cornwall. Discover the incredible marine life and unique underwater landscapes that make this location so special.

  • Designed with flexibility in mind, this course can be tailored to suit your schedule. Whether you'd prefer to spread it out over several weeks or opt for an immersive 3-day experience, we’ll make sure it works for you and your school.

    Not located in Cornwall then these courses are perfect to be conducted over a weeks stay in Cornwall or further afield in warmer waters.

Weekly Sessions / Term Sessions

  • Dive into an amazing underwater adventure with our Scuba Diving Half, Full or Yearly Term Packages, designed to take children from curious beginners to confident, certified, advanced divers! Starting with an exciting Try Scuba taster session, children get their first thrilling experience of breathing underwater in a safe and fun environment. From there, we guide them through the full Open Water Course, where they’ll earn a lifelong certification as fully qualified scuba divers.

    This package isn’t just a short-term activity— it’s a stepping stone to a world of possibilities. For those who want to continue their underwater journeys, we offer specialty courses in exciting areas such as deep diving, nitrox, night and low-visibility dives, Rescue and Emergency First Aid, as well as fascinating marine ecology courses.   • This package is designed to be run as a weekly activity during the term times of the school.

    We can completely customise the content of these programs to suit your schools and childrens educational needs.

    We tailor each scuba diving program to suit each individual child, so we are working towards a common goal which is both attainable and fun!
